Fruit sourced from the Seppeltsfield vineyard.  Red clay loam topsoil at varying depths, overlying shattered limestone, salt and pepper siltstone, and bluestone subsoils.  100% destemmed.  Matured exclusively in seasoned French oak barrels for 15 months. 

Prototypical Barossa Shiraz characters of blackcurrant and plum, with notes of clove, nutmeg and fennel seed.  Soft and pretty with fine, sandy tannins.  A great follow up to the trophy-winning 2022 vintage release.
